Description

This three-hour in-person or live stream course is intended to take attendees to a deeper level of breathing and its impact on the design of the human body.  We call the breath the “reset within the resets,” but the fact of the matter is that breath is the foundation of all movements, systemic processes, thoughts, and expressions. It is the key to everything about us, to our very being.

Vibration and Breath
Breathing through the RESETS
