Dan Fiedler is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a Master’s in Public Health in Community Health Education. After more than two decades focused on long-distance running—including six marathons and an ultramarathon—he shifted his focus toward building durable strength, restoring movement, and supporting long-term health.
As an Original Strength Certified Professional, Dan emphasizes natural movement patterns that support nervous system regulation and help people feel stronger, more capable, and confident in their bodies. His approach centers on simple, consistent, and accessible fitness practices that promote strength, mobility, and resilience at every stage of life.

Average Client: I work primarily with adults in midlife and beyond who want to build strength, restore movement, and support long-term resilience as they age. Many of my clients are active individuals who want to move well, stay capable, and train in ways that are effective without being unnecessarily complex or intimidating.
