Dr. Jaena Stanley-Gonzaga, DC is the founder of Simple Balance Health and creator of the Healing Reset Method™—a whole-health approach centered around nervous system regulation, breathwork, restorative healing practices, and helping the body reconnect with safety and healing. She also integrates Original Strength® principles and reflexive movement patterns as a complementary layer of support to help restore movement, regulation, and resilience within the body. With over 26 years of clinical experience and lived caregiving experience, Dr. Jaena supports individuals navigating chronic illness, stress, overwhelm, and physical pain through compassionate, whole-person care. Her approach also incorporates whole food nourishment inspired by Medical Medium® information to support healing, cleansing, and cellular restoration.

Specialties: Nervous system regulation, chronic illness support, neurological stabilization, movement and breath integration, whole food and nutrition support inspired by Medical Medium® information, holistic wellness care, emotional and energetic support, and the Healing Reset Method™—a whole-health approach designed to help individuals restore safety within the body so healing can unfold naturally.

Average Client: Clients include individuals navigating chronic illness, nervous system dysregulation, stress, overwhelm, fatigue, and emotional exhaustion who are seeking a compassionate, whole-health approach that helps them reconnect with their body’s natural ability to heal and regulate.

I also work with individuals experiencing acute or recurring physical pain, including sciatic flare-ups, frozen shoulder, neurological pain conditions, mobility restrictions, and stress-related pain patterns. Many have previously tried various forms of medical and supportive care, including chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, or other therapies, without experiencing lasting improvement. They are often seeking a more integrative, supportive approach that complements other forms of care while helping them move toward greater function, relief, resilience, and vitality.
